This session shares the work of the Technology Alignment Task Force and the practical steps we’ve taken to better align our distributed, tri-campus IT community around common priorities.
With roughly 1,000 staff in IT-related roles, we do not lack expertise. What we need is stronger coordination and clearer alignment. The Task Force has engaged 70 colleagues from 13 divisions, bringing together practitioners and leaders to develop roadmaps across six core domains. The work has focused on building shared direction, clarifying accountability and identifying pragmatic institutional baselines that support both consistency and divisional flexibility.
Ultimately, success depends on how effectively we align across the institution.
