Description:

The Process Improvement Community of Practice (CoP) is a cross-functional forum that convenes every six weeks to strengthen organizational effectiveness through collaborative learning and applied practice. It brings together professionals from across functional areas to build shared capability in process improvement, while directly advancing the strategic priorities of Participatory Decision-Making and Supportive Administrative Capacity.

The CoP supports participatory decision-making by creating structured, inclusive spaces where diverse perspectives inform process design and improvement. Through shared dialogue, case discussions, and hands-on application, members co-develop practical solutions, fostering transparency, collective ownership and evidence-informed decision-making.

At the same time, the CoP strengthens supportive administrative capacity by building core competencies in areas such as process mapping, change management, project governance, psychological safety and information security. By encouraging the sharing of practices and cross-functional perspectives, the community helps participants identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, consistency and collaboration.

Each six-week cycle focuses on high-impact themes, including:

  • Process improvement and lean practices
  • Change management
  • Psychological safety and team effectiveness
  • Information security
  • Project management and governance

Sessions combine insights from industry leaders with peer learning, real-world organizational scenarios and practical exercises designed for immediate application.

The Process Improvement CoP serves as a space for cross-functional collaboration, knowledge exchange and continuous learning. By connecting colleagues who are interested in improving how work gets done, the community helps build shared understanding of process improvement approaches while supporting more inclusive, transparent and informed organizational practices.
